We deliver using either SafeBoda, or our own personnel.

Incase you wish to pick your package up yourself, or have your own courier pick it up, please contact us via our Social Media accounts, or email us at sales@belledenavy.com

In the event that you are unable to immediately receive your package and wish for us to hold onto it for a while, simply reach out and let us know. We will do so

We have a 48 hour refund policy, and the item should be returned in it’s original packaging.

The item should not be dirtied, torn or mishandled in any way, and the tags should still be attached to it. Please visit our “Refunds & Exchanges” page for more details.

At the moment, we only deliver within Uganda.

However, if you wish to have a package shipped internationally, we can do so, -Provided you will cater for the shipping cost.

*Please note that Belle de Navy will not be held liable if anything happens to your order after we have handed it over to the Shipping Courier Service of your choosing.
